 As a weekly class participant for over a year, Linda was looking for more structure and direction for her workouts.  She decided that 2006 was the year she was going to be her personal best.  She began participating in the Personal Transformation Program.  After 8 weeks, she's eating more and losing weight.  Her previous weight loss attempts (weekly meetings and points) had actually slowed her metabolism down.  Typically, she would carefully manage her food through the day so that she could enjoy a nice dinner in the evening.
